Small Group Classes
Each student will receive individualized attention & progress at a faster rate due to the small class size. Your commitment & dedication to Pilates will deliver results! A minimum of 2 times per week of Pilates is recommended for best results.  Since the classes are small, space is limited.  There are a maximum of 6 students in Reformer and Tower classes and limited to 6 students in mat classes.

Monthly Membership will reserve your spot in class on a designated day & time at a discounted rate.  Monthly members can reserve their spot up to 3 months in advance.  If for some reason you have to miss a class 12 hour notice is required or your class will be lost without the option for a make-up class.  Otherwise, you may have the option to make-up the class at a different time during the month if there is availability to do so.  However, this is not guaranteed as it does depend on your availability as well as the class availability.  The make-up classes do not carry over into the next month. 

Drop In Classes:  If you desire a more flexible schedule there are many drop in packages available.  Class openings vary each week.  For up to date class openings please view our Online Scheduler.   Prior to taking a regular class please sign up for one of the complimentary Introduction to Pilates classes usually held on Saturdays at 8am or schedule a Private Session.  Check out our current Specials!

Private Pilates Training:  If you prefer one on one Pilates training you will have the opportunity to utilize additional Pilates Equipment.  We highly suggest Private Training if you have any injuries.  You will also achieve the best results with Private Sessions.
