Pilates Programs
We have incorporated the BASI Pilates (Body Arts and Science International) as well as the Balanced Body Method of Pilates Training into all programs.  The group equipment classes are limited to 4 people per class for the ultimate Pilates experience. All Pilates equipment is top of the line Pilates equipment by Balanced Body. Look for us on their studio finder!

I’m new to Reading and was lucky to find Healthy Changes. Pilates gives me the mind body connection that other sports don’t. I feel stronger, taller and toned and at the same time really relaxed and stretched out.
