Pilates Teacher

Alisha has been practicing pilates and yoga for over twenty-five years and has experience guiding clients toward greater strength, balance, and body awareness. Her teaching combines the precision of Pilates with the mindful flow of yoga, offering a balanced approach that cultivates strength, stability, and inner connection.

With a background in gymnastics, Alisha brings a deep understanding of body mechanics, flexibility, and control to her sessions. Her classes emphasize functional movement, mindful breath and proper form- helping clients improve posture, enhance mobility and move with confidence. Her mission is to create an inclusive environment where students of all levels- and ages- feel encouraged to discover the joy of movement and the power of a strong, centered body.

  • BASI Pilates @HealthyChangesPilates: Completed the Mat and Reformer Global Flex Pilates Teacher Training Program

  • Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200) studied with Crystal Gray

  • BA Psychology, current Licensed Esthetician, formerly licensed massage therapist
