Private Sessions are a golden opportunity to learn more about your body and alignment and will ultimately give you the fastest progression.
We highly suggest Private Training if you have any injuries, conditions, or specific goals. You will have the opportunity to utilize some amazing Pilates Equipment not offered in our small group classes. You will also achieve the best results with consistent Private Sessions.
