Getting Started


If you have specific injuries, conditions, or are brand new to Pilates we suggest starting with Private sessions. Then we’ll tailor a program to meet your unique needs and attend to your specific goals.

You’ll also receive a FREE pair of grippy sox when you purchase your first package!

If you are new to Healthy Changes, do not have specific injuries or conditions and have never taken Pilates before, please start with our Complimentary Introduction to Reformer Class. This class is held on select Saturdays at 9am (click the calendar below for the next time available). If that time does not work for you, begin with a private session!

Great! Here’s how to get moving with us!

Once you understand some of the Pilates fundamentals you can join our semi private classes up to 6 students. Most of our classes are multi-level to accommodate a wide range of participants and because our classes are small you will receive personalized attention similar to a private session.

Our teachers are well trained and will use verbal as well as hands-on adjustments so you understand more about Pilates, your body and connecting your mind to your muscles. We will offer you modifications as well as challenges based on your level and experience as you continue your Pilates journey with us.
