Pilates Teacher

Lynne is a lifelong mover with a background in dance from age three through college. She fell in love with Pilates in 2018, drawn to its mindful, body-connecting approach to movement. After completing her comprehensive teacher training with BASI and a mentorship with Boston Body Pilates, Lynne continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing education. As an instructor, Lynne brings warmth, clarity, and a deep respect for each individual’s movement journey. For her, Pilates is more than just a workout — it’s a way to reconnect, realign, and restore balance both physically and mentally. Her goal is to help others feel strong, supported, and empowered in their bodies, one session at a time.

Pilates to me is all about alignment; not just alignment of the bones and muscles. It’s aligning yourself with the present moment, your mind & body connection, and your goals for movement toward your most fulfilled self!
