Pilates is Transformative
I love this place! I've been taking Pilates with Erika and her awesome instructors since 2010.
I was looking for an exercise program to help me recover from knee surgery but I found much more! Pilates has helped me to strengthen my core, reshape my body and shed pounds.
There's a lot of variety with the exercises and it's challenging so I stick with it and it has made a huge difference for me.
